Google 950 Penalty

Does anyone know anything about this 950 penalty? I have read a lot and cannot get a consistent answer as to what may cause this.

Has anyone had a site suffer from this penalty? If so, what can be done to correct it?

contact google about it and ask them what it means and how to go about correcting it....

It is better to contact google directly to get the most accurate answer and might find the best solution from this rather than other sources which are not really true.

According to my knowledge its a penalty impose by Google which will lead you site drop its ranking by 950 positions. But no one knows the reason for such penalty.
