That is perfect to get indexed. But still does not guarantee you to be indexed within 24 hours. Actually that never happened to me and I do not know whether it is possible or not.

One great way to get indexed quickly is to get your site associated with other high traffic websites. When those sites get indexed, your website link will be indexed also. This is just like social bookmarking as many social bookmarking sites receive lots of traffic and are indexed frequently.

I like digg. Its easy to get index by using digg. You just have to submit an article to digg. Thats it.
