1st Place in 40 major search engines

I was surfing the net doing my daily SEO research when I came upon this website that guaranteed 1st placement on 40 major search engines, including Google. Not only that, they said it is FREE! I immediately said SCAM! They said that they don't use any blackhat techniques and you will never get banned. Does anyone know if there is some truth to this statement

but if you make sue of title and alt tags using good key words you can get your site jumping up the search engine ladder...

I can also guarantee they will just be scamming you I highly doubt they can get you the top slot on the SERP ranking.

And let us not forget, search engines refines their engine API every few months (even weeks). It is virtually hard to stay on top at all time, unless you have loyal visitors and great contents..

Like everything else in this world, if it sounds too good to be true, it most probably is.

The "we can guarantee you....." is the oldest trick in the SEM book, that and "we have a connection who works for Google".

Everything in this world is changing. Nothing can be guaranteed. If someone says he can grantee top position in Google its a great lie. SEO company can try to give you high rank but it is not certain.
