domain pointing to an html file but don't wanna show name of the file in browser

Hello guys again
I've just thought that it would seem more professional that when somebody browse my website
let's say http : slash probandoe.freehostia.com
they can't see in their explorer the file where it is redirected. Now if you test it, you can see in the browser that it is redirected to
http : slash probandoe.freehostia.com slash main.html
But it seems to me that it would be more professional to make that transparent to the guys who visit this website. Do you know any way to avoid that people can actually see in their broswer the name of the file main.html and instead continue viewing just
probandoe.freehostia.com just like when you visit any website like www.google.es for example?

Why don't you use index.html or index.htm for main file, that won't show any file name when someone visit your site.
