Problem with "PAGE" shown

I just do a test to post "page" instead of "post" and found the
top bar can only show maximum of 12 "pages", from page 13 and above
are missing.

Can you please look into this problem.

lol, everything should have a limit. In top bar there is a limited space, I don't think everybody will add there 10+ pages.

If you need more than this then customize it a bit yourself.
