I've looked but not found anything i'm happy with

What I want is basically Openads.org or now Openx or whatever they wish to go by

I liked them so far, however there's no client end to the script it's all owner operated...

here's what I am trying to do...more or less a Coop ad service much like DP has but would also like to offered paid advertising

so basically something like DP's inhouse script mixed with this inclick.net/index.php (but be able to house banners as well) and a bit of openx.org (but allow client registration and payment services)

it will need a reciprocal link checker built in to monitor that the opt-in coop ads are in place and it will need a payment system for those that don't wish to do coop ads but would rather pay to have their sites listed...

I think i'm asking too much

anyways feel free to pm me if you think you can do this and a price range...
