how to optimize my flash files?

not sure on the title or how to ask or where to put it lol

is there anyway to like zip the flash files on my foamy site but yet still be able to have them play on my site?

I so need to be able to compact my flash files
currently my diskspace is about 221 MB
and the folder that contains the flash files is about 207 MB

if i could cut down on the flash file sizes, shit lol i'd cut my disk space usage in half

seems like a good tool but $100

i tried the demo which is nice lol but they make the optimized flash black and white grrr lol and on most it didn't save me that much but on some it did a lot....and i don't like the fact it overrides the cartoon...
JIM the creator of foamy puts on all his new cartoons a sort of warning message first and you have to click there before actually seeing the cartoon....with the optimizer it by passes this and plays the cartoon anyways...

i needed to know how to optimize a flash file....not how to help get my site listed on search engines....

but thanks for trying....
