Good Place To Get php Scripts?

ok, I've been casually searching, but not really finding anything

anyone know of some good sites that offer free php scripts?

Looking mainly for domain tools, check whois, page strength, pr, ect. ect...
lol i know there are tons and tons of sites out there that have this already, but i have an idea that i don't want to share just yet

i did find some whois scripts but they are more a domain availablity checker and gives offer for you to sell them....
i don't want all that, i just want a standard, type in domain and up pops the info on the domain....

and well any other type of domain checking tools that you can think of

I saw one the other day that was a quick whois checker for lots of tlds but wasn't free.

Easy to install, it goes into its own folder....i'll prob use this one, just didn't care for it that much....
