I would like to send one email to a huge number of people in a specific country. I have a case that I would like to expose to my target-public.

Is there a legal way to acquire legally a list of emails to which I can send my mail?

is there a company you know which is trustworthy that can send my mail to its opt-in people? yahoogroups? google-groups? facebook?

is there anyway to get a 3rd party totally independent company to monitor the number of emails sent?

There are simply too many offers .... and I have no idea whatsoever who should be trusted.

But my target public is not english speaking. digitalpoint newsletter sponsorship thus is not a choice.

Like iEntry inc, I don't like their subscription system (I call them spammy company). I think they can fill your requirement but arabic speaking public is really hard job i guess!

Also, there are many old and popular website outta there and most of them have email subscription system. They can offer you newsletter marketing. I can't tell you their exact URL.
